Drop-In Centers

There are a number of Drop-In Centers in nearby towns. Come with your questions, technology device, and passwords if you know them. Our helpful technical support personnel will be able to help or will know ways to get you the help you need.

  • The Chesterfield Drop-In Center is available weekly on Tuesdays from 11am until 2pm at the Chesterfield Community Center and every other Friday from 1:30pm until 3:30pm (Check the Chesterfield Calendar for exact dates). Assistance is available for up to 45 minutes per person. Drop in or call 413-296-5080 or email coatechhelp@gmail.com to reserve a time.
  • Cummington Community House, 33 Main St. Drop-In tech support, 2nd Weds. 10-12
  • Goshen Town Hall, 42 Main St. Drop-in tech support, 3rd Weds. 1-3pm
  • The Meekins Library in Williamsburg has Drop-In Center hours from 10am until Noon on the second Tuesday of the month.
  • There is a special Drop-In Center at Nash Hill in Williamsburg for residents only on the second Tuesday of the month form 10am until Noon.
  • Westhampton Public Library, 1 North Rd. Drop-In tech support, 4th Thurs. 2-4pm
  • The Plainfield Shaw Memorial Library has drop-in tech support from 5-8pm on the Third Thursday of the month.
  • The Worthington Library has the following drop-in tech support hours this summer: June 20th; July 18th; August 15th 1-3PM.
